Cabins & park models
Athens Park Homes
Athens Park Homes is part of Champion Home Builders, and its website now trades as Champion Park Models & Cabins. The business manufactures park model RVs and cabins used as rental units, seasonal accommodation and workforce or specialty housing.
Units are built in environmentally controlled factories by an assembly system the company says is designed for consistent quality control. Features listed include full-size kitchens and bedrooms, spacious high ceilings, several siding options and floor plans laid out for storage and efficiency in a small footprint, which the company contrasts with tiny homes. Photo galleries on the site show current designs and options.
Champion Park Models & Cabins describes itself as one of the leaders in park model manufacturing, with 16 facilities serving the US market. It sells through a dealer network, with a locator that takes a city and state or a ZIP code, and it has separate inquiry routes for RV campground, resort and community owners and developers, and for retailers who want to carry the product.
Pricing is set by the dealer and is not published. Phone lines run 8am to 8pm Eastern, Monday to Saturday.
