Aspira (ReserveAmerica)

Aspira builds outdoor recreation management software. Originally founded as ReserveAmerica, it supplies reservation and licensing systems to state and provincial park agencies, state and provincial wildlife agencies, and county, city, municipal and private campgrounds across North America.

For agencies, the parks and recreation product manages permits, tours and reservations, while the conservation product issues hunting and fishing licenses and runs lotteries and harvest reporting. For local and private campgrounds, Aspira offers Firefly Reservations. On the consumer side it operates ReserveAmerica.com, where campers research and book, and RV Parky, an RV trip-planning app.

The company says its technology facilitates over 50 million bookings and purchases each year and that it has been in the sector for more than three decades. It is SOC II Type 2 certified and undergoes annual third-party audits and compliance reviews.

Pricing is not published. Agency proposals go to the Aspira sales team and campground demos to Firefly Reservations; the corporate site does not handle ReserveAmerica customer support, which runs through that site's own help center. Offices are in Dallas.
