Arwood Site Services

Arwood Site Services is a site services contractor covering demolition, cleanup and waste handling, with its market centered on Jacksonville and northeast Florida. It bundles work that would otherwise be booked from several vendors: demolition, debris hauling, dumpsters, portable toilets, sweeping and property maintenance.

Demolition work covers total demolition of residential, commercial and industrial structures, selective demolition where only designated areas come down, interior demolition and swimming pool removal. Related site work includes construction cleanup, boat and RV removal, street and parking lot sweeping, and residential and commercial property maintenance. The company also offers handyman services, flooring installation for residential, commercial and industrial settings, home and office cleaning, bulk sanitation supplies and HEPA air scrubber rental.

Clients include residential, commercial and industrial customers as well as FEMA and municipalities. The company describes itself as minority-owned and says that in most cases it meets Minority Business Enterprise and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise status requirements, which matters on federally funded contracts.

Quoting is per project: you say when and where the work is needed and the company comes back with pricing and process. The footer claims service in all 50 states while the site's own copy is written around northeast Florida, so confirm that its own crews cover your location before booking.
