Arrived is an online platform for buying fractional shares in rental real estate. Investors browse individual properties on the site, buy shares, and receive their portion of the rental income and any appreciation without owning or managing the property directly.
The company curates assets nationwide, selecting properties for income, growth, or both, and its own team covers maintenance, lease renewals and day-to-day tenant issues. Investors link a bank account and can be invested in minutes rather than going through a traditional purchase and closing process.
Dividends and interest accrue per property and are reported in the investor's account. Shares can be held until Arrived's team sells the property, or exited early by selling to other Arrived investors.
