Altus Group is a commercial real estate software, data and advisory company. Its ARGUS products are the valuation and cash flow modeling tools used across institutional CRE, now consolidated into the ARGUS Intelligence Platform.
ARGUS Enterprise handles lease-by-lease property cash flow modeling, valuations and yield analysis. It models every lease type across office, industrial, retail and multifamily, supports discounted cash flow as well as traditional capitalization methods including hardcore, term and reversion, and initial yield, applies market leasing assumptions to new, vacant and renewing space, and ships with more than 40 industry-standard asset and portfolio reports. ARGUS Portfolio Manager adds tenant risk analytics across a portfolio.
