Ares Real Estate Exchange (AREX), formerly Black Creek Exchange, is the 1031 program of Ares Management's real estate group. It offers DST interests in institutional properties owned by Ares' non-traded REITs, with a 721 exchange into operating partnership units as the intended exit.
