Arbor Realty Trust is a publicly traded mortgage REIT headquartered in Uniondale, New York, and one of the largest Fannie Mae small-balance multifamily lenders. It finances manufactured housing communities through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac programs and its own bridge lending.
