Brokerage, property management, engineering, research and accounting all sit in-house, which the firm treats as the reason its brokers see deals early.
AQUILA was founded in 2007 by six Austin brokers who left national firms, and it works only in the Austin metro. It publishes quarterly Austin market reports, including the 2Q 2026 Austin Office Market Report, a Learning Center with guides on hiring a tenant rep broker, a leasing team, a property management firm and a project manager, and case studies on completed assignments.
Fees are not published, and coverage stops at the Austin metro, so assets elsewhere in Texas need a different firm.
