Apartmentalize
Apartmentalize is the National Apartment Association's annual conference and supplier exposition for the rental housing industry. It combines general sessions, expert-led education tracks and an exhibit hall where suppliers demonstrate products to apartment owners, operators and onsite teams.
The 2027 event runs June 15-17 in Denver at the Colorado Convention Center, with the NAA Exposition open June 16-17. Registration and hotel housing are handled by Spargo, and other questions route through NAA. Recorded sessions from the prior year are sold separately as The Best of Apartmentalize.
NAA, the organizer, is based at 4300 Wilson Blvd, Suite 800, Arlington, Virginia, and reports 139 state and local affiliates and more than 113,000 members representing over 13.7 million apartment homes. NAA membership comes through a local affiliated apartment association; suppliers can also join the National Suppliers Council. Member programs run alongside the event, including 20 on the Rise, which is recognized at Apartmentalize.
