Anderson Business Advisors is a Las Vegas firm that combines attorneys, CPAs, and enrolled agents to handle entity structuring, asset protection, tax planning and preparation, and bookkeeping for real estate investors, stock and currency traders, and small business owners. It has operated since 1999, when its founders set out to put legal, tax, and strategic planning under one roof rather than leaving clients to coordinate separate advisers.

Work is sold as defined products and packages: formation of LLCs, corporations, limited partnerships, and limited liability partnerships; operating agreements, bylaws and resolutions, corporate amendments, foreign qualification, and certificates of good standing; registered agent services; federal tax ID applications; 501(c)(3) applications; real estate deed transfers and asset protection trusts; year-end tax planning; small business bookkeeping; and tax preparation.
