American West Homes

American West Homes, Inc. is a manufactured and modular home retailer and transporter based in Cortez, Colorado. Its transport and installation service area covers southwest Colorado and the Four Corners, including Cortez, Mancos, Dolores, Dove Creek, Pagosa Springs, Hesperus, and Durango.

The company manages a home project from start to finish, from transporting and setting the home through accessory installation and final setup, and offers turn-key land and home packages that include the foundation, septic, electrical, and plumbing work. It works directly with its own network of subcontractors, plumbers, electricians, and suppliers at each phase of the build, and buyers can either take a home in an established community or customize one of the available floor plans.

The team states it has personally overseen the transportation and setup of homes ranging from large custom houses to starter homes, with over 22 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, and says it is licensed, insured, and bonded. Floor plans are offered from Atlantic Homes and Redman Homes. The office is in Cortez, reachable at 970.560.2282 or info@americanwesthomesinc.com.

The site does not publish prices or lead times for transport, setup, or land-home packages, so those are worth confirming for a specific address and home.
