Amarr

Amarr designs, manufactures, and distributes sectional doors for residential and commercial buildings. The commercial line includes sectional doors, roll-up doors, rolling slat doors and grilles, and aluminum full-view doors of the kind used on storage and light industrial buildings.

Doors are sold through dealers rather than direct. Buyers order, install, and service through independent dealers found with the site's dealer locator, or buy the line through retailers. For specifiers, Amarr publishes three-part specifications, door, jamb, and framing detail drawings, a wind load calculator, and cleaning and maintenance guidance.

The company was established in 1951 and says all its products are made in the USA. It operates more than 60 Door Centers across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and says more than 4,000 independent professional garage door dealers in North America install and service its doors.
