AAPCO Group is a licensed general contractor and roofing contractor based in Concord, North Carolina, specializing in the renovation and restoration of multifamily, commercial, and hospitality properties across the United States. Its work includes affordable and conventional apartment rehabs, condominium exteriors, student, senior, and military housing, and repositioning projects.

Projects are managed from the point of view of on-site staff and residents, with an emphasis on communication intended to reduce resident complaints while a property stays occupied. On exterior repaints the company pre-walks every inch of the property and submits real repair quantities rather than estimates, which it says reduces the risk of change orders during the project.

The company began in Atlanta in 1988 as a new construction painting contractor, moved to Charlotte in 1991, became one of the largest multifamily repaint contractors in the Carolinas, and expanded into carpentry, siding, windows, structural repairs, roofing, and interior renovations before transitioning to a general contractor.
