4LEAF, Inc. is a multi-disciplinary firm providing construction management, public works inspection, community development, disaster recovery, and program management services to public agencies and private clients across the United States. It is headquartered in Pleasanton, California.

Most of the work is delivered as an extension of an agency's own staff. 4LEAF serves as an extension of Building, Planning, and Fire departments, supplying building plan reviewers, counter and permitting staff, permit center administrators, comprehensive and housing policy planners, code enforcement officers, inspectors of record, document control specialists, and fire prevention staff. On the construction side it provides construction inspection, contract administration, constructability and biddability review, resident engineering, stakeholder coordination, and project and program management.

The firm has operated since 2001. Its published project experience spans Northern and Southern California, the Pacific Northwest, Hawaii, and New England, and its client list includes the County of Los Angeles, County of San Mateo, County of Santa Cruz, City of San Rafael, City of Costa Mesa, City of Mill Valley, City of San Fernando, City of Port Orchard, and the Port of Seattle at SeaTac Airport. It also runs fire recovery programs and full-scale team mobilizations for disaster response.
